IF YOU DON'T LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YOUR NEW PURCHASE, HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO...
IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND OR WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE
* Please contact us via email prior to returning your items at: returns@whiteelm.com.au
* Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an online store credit.
* Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, no make-up stains or perfume.
* For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimmers and undergarments cannot be returned for change of mind.
* The cost of the return postage is payable by the customer.
* You will receive your online store credit within 5 business days of your items being returned to us. If you do not receive it within this this period please check your junk mail or email us at: returns@whiteelm.com.au
IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
* Please contact us within 7 days at: returns@whiteelm.com.au
* A refund will be offered if we cannot repair or replace the faulty item with the identical item. If you do not want a repair or replacement for a minor fault we will consider that to be a change of mind and a online credit will be issued.
* White Elm does not accept items damaged by wear and tear or as a result of failing to follow our care instructions.
* We will happily pay for the return postage costs on approved items.
